Steve Riter, Gregor Watson and Dan Aguilar joined to found McKinley Capital Partners in 2006.  With the joining of Laurence Pelosi and Jeff Shaffer, the team has collectively entitled and developed over 7,000 residential lots throughout the Western United States, with a focus on major markets in California.

Today McKinley has assembled a diverse team with extensive expertise in opportunistic real estate acquisitions, entitlement, development, finance, and repositioning of residential and mixed-use developments.
