McKinley Partners is leading the development of a 385-acre site approved for a master-planned residential community in Fairfield, California. The One Lake community will have a mix of housing, retail, two community centers, parks, trails, and a lake when completed. McKinley is performing the site development work where a 21-acre recreational lake and community center called the Glass House will be the heart of the development. The property is located near the I-80 corridor midway between Sacramento and the Bay Area. It is within the Train Station Specific Plan (TSSP), which includes a master-planned residential community of potentially 6,000 residences as well as a new train station, town plaza, shops, industrial area, and a 50-acre community park. One Lake is a transit-oriented development within walking distance of the Fairfield-Vacaville Amtrak Station. It will feature Journey Coffee, walking/jogging paths and trails, a pool, an open lawn amphitheater, a lake clubhouse, and boathouse. The community is under construction and will begin delivering homes soon.
